What should I do if the product arrived damaged or defective?
Please accept our apologies if you received a damaged or defective product. You can contact our customer support team on 01283 510065 if you have received a damaged or defective product where we will assist you with whatever solution you prefer.
What is your exchange policy?
You can exchange any product for Free provided it is unused and is in original packing. It should also fall under our return policy rules and conditions (see below). Contact our customer support team to arrange it. All we ask is you simply pay for your return postage and our repostage charge.
What if I simply change my mind?
No problems - from time to time we all think of something but this is superseeded by another thought. As such, you are welcome to return any unused items within 30 days of receipt. All we ask is you simply return the item to us in its original condition so that we can resell it as new. We cannot refund your postage costs if you change your mind.
When will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned product is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it falls under our return policy rules and conditions (see below)

What are the return rules and conditions?
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Guarantee of Satisfaction will ensure that you obtain a refund. Simply follow the guidelines explained in this section.
b) Our Guarantee to You
Our Guarantee of Satisfaction is unconditional. If you find a Turner Sports product(s) purchased from our web store does not perform to your needs (subject to normal wear and tear), return your order for a refund in a timely manner.
Because we want you to be 100% satisfied, you can return your purchase(s) made at Turner Sports' web store within 30 days. Special rules may apply in rare cases. Please follow the instructions on your packing slip. All return packages must be shipped using the return label from the carrier or with some other form of traceable shipment. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.
c) Return Policy
You may return your Turner Sports product(s) within 30 days from receipt for exchange or full refund. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging then Turner Sports cannot accept the returned items and cannot give exchange or refund. Clothing returns can only be accepted if the original label/ hangtag has not been removed and the item of clothing remains unused and packed into its original packaging and condition.
d) Damaged or Defective Products
For Turner Sports quality is paramount. We thoroughly test all our products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.
Returned products are inspected by the Turner Sports Quality Assurance Team and refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.
Please note the life expectancy of any Turner Sports product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Turner Sports products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced nor refunded.

e) Return Instructions for all products
Each of these orders comes with a return form and label. To return a product, please follow the instructions below:
1. Make sure you pack the item in its original packaging including the original and attached labels/hangtags in the case of clothing items.
2. Use the provided free post return label for addressing the parcel.
3. Complete the return form section on your return form, and include it in your parcel.
If you have lost your return documents, please contact customer service so we can provide you with new ones.
f) Return Address
If you decide not to use enclosed return documents you can ship your return package to the address below. All return packages preferably should be shipped using a service that tracks packages. Then you can use the service provider's Online tracking system to know when we have received your package.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?
Apologies again, please call our friendly online shop customer service team if you did not receive the product you ordered.
Who pays the return postage?
If we send you the wrong item or the item is defective then we will arrange it to be collected at our cost and send a new replacement at our costs. However, if you have changed your mind, need a different size, exchange an item etc then you will have to send the original item at your cost and contribute to the repostage of the exchanged item.
